Your Role: 

• Responsible for handling calls as needed, acting as an intermediary in conversations between Spanish-speaking and English-speaking individuals.
• Process information quickly and concisely, recognizing culturally sensitive information from service users.
• Provide accurate concepts and meanings according to the established interpretation protocol, avoiding omissions or additions.
• Speak clearly in both languages using proper pronunciation, enunciation, and expressions.
• Ensure excellent customer service, standing out for soft skills and advanced proficiency in English.

Who are you:

• A high school graduate (must have a diploma or certificate). 
• Someone with an  Advanced English level and great communication skills. 
• A person who is polite and empathic at the same time. 

• Someone who can put themselves in somebody else's shoes, to understand what they might be feeling or thinking. 
• A person who loves talking with people, is an active listener, and has awesome communication skills. 
• Furthermore, someone who sees the big picture but also the small details. 
• A person with no experience but with a proactive and confident attitude.

• Salary: 36h: S/.1,679, 40h: S/.1,866, 48h: S/. 2,239 + Performance Bonus up to 15% + 40 S/ internet bonus.
• You can choose working between 36, 40 and 48 hours per week.
• Shift range: 7:00 am - 9:00 pm.
• Paid Training from day one.
