What you’ll do as a Sales Associate at Teleperformance:
Offer customers new products and services that will help their businesses succeed.
Troubleshoot hosting and website services client's products as needed, take full ownership, and provide thorough resolution to customers
Offer resolution within our scope of support (SOS), providing direction for third party resolution or consultation regarding a paid solution
Meet metrics such as Customer Availability, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales Per Day

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable interacting with existing and potential customers; reviewing products, working with partners, and selling solutions!
Sales experience with a proven record of understanding customer needs
Proven ability to promote and build extraordinary customer rapport
Ability to take complete ownership of customer issues and provide a truly extraordinary customer experience, one customer at a time
Extensive knowledge of internet technology/CRM or other customer management software is a plus!
