What you’ll do as Client Loyalty Associate?

• Support our telecommunications commercial account. 
• Provide excellent service by being a good listener and having commercial skills attracting and persuading.
• Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
• Aim to resolve interactions on a first contact by being proactive, patient, and understanding.

Who are you?

• An intermediate-advanced English speaker who’s empathetic, responsible, and proactive.
• An interaction expert with a commercial profile.
• A good listener who likes helping others by recognizing customer needs.

• Performance Bonuses ($550,000 up to 100% and can be increased without limit.)
