Responsabilidades

What you’ll do as a Sales Representative at Teleperformance: 

 

  • Offer customers new products and services that will help their businesses succeed.

  • Troubleshoot hosting and website services client's products as needed, take full ownership, and provide thorough resolution to customers

  • Offer resolution within our scope of support (SOS), providing direction for third party resolution or consultation regarding a paid solution

  • Meet metrics such as Customer Availability, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales Per Day

  • Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener. 
  • Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively. 
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding. 
  • Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions. 
  • Document and update records in the required systems. 

Requisitos

Who are you? 

 

  • The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable interacting with existing and potential customers; reviewing products, working with partners, and selling solutions!

  • A high school graduate (must have a diploma or certificate). 
  • Someone with an advanced English level and great communication skills. 
  • Sales experience with a proven record of understanding customer needs

  • Proven ability to promote and build extraordinary customer rapport

  • Ability to take complete ownership of customer issues and provide a truly extraordinary customer experience, one customer at a time

  • Extensive knowledge of internet technology/CRM or other customer management software is a plus!

  • Salary higher than S/.2,200 + Variable (subject to conditions). 
  • Available schedules from Monday to Sunday:  2 or 1 days off, 43 to 48 hours per week . 🗓️ (subject to conditions).
