What you’ll do as a Customer Service Asscociate: 

-Respond to all customer inquiries.  

-Provide excellent tech support by being a good listener.  

-Work with confidential tech support while treating it sensitively.  

-Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.  

-Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.  

-Document and update records in the required systems.  

Who are you? 

-A high school graduate (must have a diploma or certificate). 

-Someone with an intermediate/advanced English level and excellent communication skills.

-A person who is polite and empathic at the same time. Someone who can put themselves in somebody else's shoes to understand their feelings or thoughts. 

-Someone who knows how to solve problems most positively. 

-Someone who sees the big picture but also the tiny details. 

-A person with +3 months of experience in Customer Service.
