What you’ll do as a Sales Associate?

• Be able to explain the service and be the main point of contact with potential customers throughout the sales process.
• Respond to all customer inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
• Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
• Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
• Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
• Document and update records in the required systems.

What you´ll need to be a part of the TOP Team of Sales Associate?

• An intermediate English level.
• Desirable sales experience.
• To live in Lima, better if you are in Surco and surroundings.
• To be empathetic, respectful, and proactive.
• To have skills to solve situations in the most positive way.

What you´ll enjoy:

• Renewable 6-month contract.
• Available to work in Surco district.
• Paid training from day one.
• The salary for Sales Associate is of S/.1,700 + S/.40 internet bonus + 15% in sales bonuses.
• Available schedules from 2am to 1pm & 1pm to 10pm - Monday to Sunday with 1 day OFF (48 hours per week). 🗓️
