Responsabilidades

  • Demonstrate accurate and professional customer service on time.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company in a positive way.
  • Demonstrate proper knowledge and use of the department's resources, policies and procedures.
  • Maintain acceptable interaction times by call and email, while remaining friendly and informative.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Actively seek solutions and identify trends for the right staff, including possible solutions or suggestions.
  • Demonstrate the appropriate sense of urgency for customer responses.
  • Retain customers and apply sales by offering them greater benefits and plans to continue in the company

Requisitos

What are we looking for:

  • Being over 18 years old (Must have a valid DNI or C.E)
  • High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate)
  • At least 3 months customer service experience or sales.
  • English Level: Advanced
  • Available to work in our site of Surco (Golf Los Inkas)
  • Available to work from Monday to Sunday between 7:00AM to 8:00 P.M) |2 days off
  • Comfortable to work with digital platforms
