Responsabilidades

What you’ll do as a Technical Solution Analyst (Japanese Speaker)? 

 

  • Advanced Troubleshooting: utilise your mastery of HTML and SQL to conduct advanced troubleshooting and swiftly resolve complex technical issues stemming from Social Media advertisers' utilization of our advertising solutions. Your in-depth understanding of these technologies will enable you to pinpoint and rectify issues effectively.
  • Collaboration and Escalation: Collaborate synergistically with consultants to escalate and address intricate technical challenges requiring detailed investigation. Your expertise will contribute to the delivery of comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Clarity Amid Complexity: Distinguish between instances of product-related confusion and genuine bugs, offering actionable and precise solutions aligned with advertisers' desired outcomes. Your insights will be instrumental in driving optimal client experiences.
  • Clear Technical Communication: Craft concise and technically accurate resolutions, workarounds, or clarifications for clients. Your adeptness in translating intricate technical details into easily understandable language will facilitate effective communication across technical and non-technical users.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with consultants to jointly overcome technical impediments. By pooling your efforts, you will facilitate rapid issue resolution and elevate client satisfaction.
  • Workflow Optimization: Utilize SLAs and KPI metrics as guiding principles to priorities and manage the product workflow queues. Your efficient task allocation and proactive escalation will uphold our commitment to timely issue resolution and technical excellence.
  • Technical Translation: Demonstrate your prowess in translating complex technical concepts into comprehensible terms for non-technical team members. Your communication finesse will empower informed decision-making and facilitate cross-functional understanding.

Requisitos

This is what you need to be a part of the TOP Team:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a delivery and operations environment, driven by SLA and KPI metrics.
  • Proficiency in client product support.
  • Technical troubleshooting expertise in advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Pivot tables, charts, and statistical functions.
  • Reporting Proficiency: Deliver accurate reports within stringent timelines - Active account on Meta and another social network.
  • Active user of social media services.
  • Proficiency in SQL and RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of Advertising Technology ecosystem - Adaptable in ambiguous technical situations.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience with client-side web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Background in online advertising, ad serving industry, and internet technologies.
  • Profound Problem-Solving: Translate intricate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Thriving in Complexity: Flourish in a dynamic, high-stakes, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-Driven Learning: Demonstrate an inclination for continuous learning and self-improvement.
