Your Role:

• Offer customers new products and services that will help their businesses succeed.
• Troubleshoot hosting and website services client's products as needed, take full ownership, and provide thorough resolution to customers
• Offer resolution within our scope of support (SOS), providing direction for third party resolution or consultation regarding a paid solution
• Meet metrics such as Customer Availability, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales Per Day
• Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener. 
• Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively. 

Who are you:

• A high school graduate (must have a diploma or certificate). 
• Someone with an Advance or Intermediate english level and great communication skills. 
• Sales experience with a proven record of understanding customer needs
• Available to work on site Miraflores
• Proven ability to promote and build extraordinary customer rapport

• Shift Range: 04:00 AM - 20:00 pm.
• Salary C1: S./ 1875 | B2: S./ 1734 + Bonus 281 + Meal Card 260 + Performance Bonus 40%.
• Enjoy working from Monday to Sunday (2 days off) (45 hours per week) 🗓️ (Mobility to the site depending of the shedule).
