Responsabilidades

You Role:

  • Understand the customers needs, ask a set of qualifying questions, address any questions, and position our value to solve their needs so that they chose us over the alternatives.
  • Demonstrate accurate and professional customer service on time.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company in a positive way.
  • Demonstrate proper knowledge and use of the department's resources, policies and procedures.
  • Maintain acceptable interaction times by call and email, while remaining friendly and informative.

Requisitos

Who are you:

  • An advance English level.
  • To live in Lima.
  • To be empathetic, respectful, and proactive.
  • Being over 18 years old (Must have a valid DNI or C.E)
  • High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate)
  • At least 3 months customer service experience and sales.
  • Available to work in our site of Miraflores.

Enjoy:

  • Paid training from day one on site.
  • Salary: S/.1619 + Performance bonus up to 25% (sales position from operations), Performance bonus up to 15% (CS position, from operations) + Food card: S/ 260 + Uncapped performance bonus in USD.
  • Shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM transportation back home provided.
  • Work 42 hours per week Monday to Sunday - 2 days off.
