Responsabilidades

What you’ll do as a Technical support Associate?

  • Collaborate with different companies from Latin America
  • Provide excellent Technical Support
  • Work with confidential information, while treating it sensitevely
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.

Requisitos

Who are you?

  • An English speaker (B2) level 80%, who’s empathetic, responsible, and proactive.
  • A good listener who likes helping others to resolve issues on the first interaction.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a customer service, IT, Web Tech Support or similar role.
