Your Role:

• Review user-generated content on the platform, including fundraiser text descriptions, messages to organizers, comments, and uploaded images and videos.
• Interpret user generated content in accordance with the area and take appropriate actions on accounts per internal policies and procedures.
• Ensure that the principal area remains compliant with applicable regulations.
• Identify high-risk accounts and support the  mitigation of  risks associated with personal, business, and nonprofit fundraiser on the platforms
• Review notifications of unauthorized payments, respond to issuer disputes, and perform any outreach as necessary.
• Conduct customer due diligence reviews to support escalation pathways to the internal team, focusing  on compliance, identify verification, and sanctions and watchlist screening to identify risks associated with Politically Exposed Person(s), Counter-Terrorism Financing, and financial crimes.
