Responsabilidades

Your Role:

  • Respond to all customer inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
  • Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
  • Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
  • Document and update records in the required systems.

Requisitos

Who are you:

  • An Intermediate English level.
  • To live in Lima.
  • To be empathetic, respectful, and proactive.
  • To have skills to solve situations in the most positive way.
  • Desirable knowledge of Commercial Invoice.
  • Desirable experience working in logistics.

 

Enjoy: 

  • Renewable 6-month contract. 
  • Available to work in Miraflores Site.
  • Paid training from day one.
  • Salary from S/. 1,700 +  15% variable bonus for performance + S/. 260 Food card bonus 
  • Shift: 6:00 AM a 7:00 PM.
  • Available to work 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday, weekeneds off. 🗓️ .
