What you’ll do as a Fundraiser Specialist ? 

• Review user-generated content on the platform, including fundraiser text descriptions, messages to organizers, comments, and uploaded images and videos.
• Interpret user generated content in accordance with the area and take appropriate actions on accounts per internal policies and procedures.
• Ensure that the principal area remains compliant with applicable regulations.
• Identify high-risk accounts and support the  mitigation of  risks associated with personal, business, and nonprofit fundraiser on the platforms
• Review notifications of unauthorized payments, respond to issuer disputes, and perform any outreach as necessary.
• Conduct customer due diligence reviews to support escalation pathways to the internal team, focusing  on compliance, identify verification, and sanctions and watchlist screening to identify risks associated with Politically Exposed Person(s), Counter-Terrorism Financing, and financial crimes.
• Provide high-quality email and occasional phone support to customers and other stakeholders to ensure fundraiser authenticity and safe delivery of funds for beneficiaries. 
• Interface with customers to complete vetting requirements, apprise of account status, and offer general support in the context of risk management.
• Review customer appeals on account removals.
• Identify trends to share with management to enhance our internal processes and systems

• Salary from S/. 1,700 + S/. 510 Campaign Bonus + Food card S/.260 + 15% variable bonus for performance.
• Available to work 48 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 1 day off. 🗓️ (varies according to conditions)
• Available to work in night shift, between 21:00 - 6:30.
