The travel specialist has the availability to sell all products and services including seafreight, airfreight, road freight, customs, and insurance. The position will be assigned a set number of accounts as defined by the Country Sales Team Lead . This position’s main priority is fostering new business growth and 100% account retention of his/her portfolio.
What you’ll do as Travel Specialist?
• Build relationships with both new prospects and existing customers through virtual meetings, phone calls, and presentations.
• Sell and promote travel solutions to new or active customers and follow up sales requests that contributes to the promotion of the company and increase sale revenue.
• Work with Customer Care Teams to ensure all customer inquiries are promptly addressed
• Collaborate with colleagues across the clients organization to share knowledge and best practices
• Negotiate and close deals to grow revenue
• Manage the sales process from start to finish using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Be knowledgeable about all company products and services
• Use all available resources to achieve sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service that exceeds customer expectations
• sales executives with knowledge and experience with travel portfolio of products and services.
• Skills: Persuasion, Negotiation, client communication and customer management
• Requires a strong customer focus with customer facing service industry experience
• Solid PC operational knowledge along with Microsoft Office applications experience.
• Preferred if candidate possess an undergraduate degree or college certificate
• Strong oral and written communication skills with minimum B2 English level
• Effective presentation and customer relations skills, with excellent listening skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail
• Goal oriented, self-disciplined, and self-motivated to produce results
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
• Excellent problem solving skills
