What you’ll do as a Social Media Expert? 

• Review user-generated content on the platform, including social media apps text descriptions, messages to organizers, comments, and uploaded images and videos.
• Interpret user generated content in accordance with the area and take appropriate actions on accounts per internal policies and procedures.
• Ensure that the principal area remains compliant with applicable regulations.
• Identify high-risk accounts and support the  mitigation of  risks associated with personal, business, and nonprofit creators on the platforms
• Review notifications of unauthorized payments, respond to issuer disputes, and perform any outreach as necessary.

What you need to be part of the team:

• An Intermediate English level.
• To live in Lima.
• To be empathetic, respectful, and proactive.
• To have skills to solve situations in the most positive way.

• Salary from S/. 1,850 + 15% variable bonus+ Food card S/.260.
• Available for work 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 2 day off. 🗓️ (varies according to conditions)
• Shifts: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
