Responsabilidades

Your Role: 

  • Review and interpret user-generated content across platforms, including social media, text, messages, comments, and media.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies while managing account actions.
  • Identify high-risk accounts and assist in mitigating risks for personal, business, and nonprofit creators.
  • Address unauthorized payment disputes, perform outreach, and provide support to customers on account status and risk management.
  • Handle appeals for account removals.

Requisitos

Who Are You?

  • An Intermediate English and an advance Portuguese level.
  • To live in Lima.
  • To be empathetic, respectful, and proactive.
  • To have skills to solve situations in the most positive way.

  • Renewable 3-month contract. 
  • Available to work in San Isidro site.
  • Paid training from day one.
  • Salary from S/. 1925 + Variable commission of 15% + Food card of S/.150 (progressive) + Night shift bonus. Transportation provided if the shift starts or ends between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
  • Available for work 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 2 day off. 🗓️ (varies according to conditions)
  • Shifts: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM, 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
