Your Role:

• Facilitate Seamless Communication, handle calls with confidence, acting as a vital intermediary between English-speaking and Japanese-speaking individuals, ensuring smooth and accurate exchanges.
• Process Information with Precision, respond quickly and efficiently, recognizing culturally sensitive information to provide the best possible service for users.
• Ensure Clear and Accurate Interpretation, follow established protocols to deliver flawless interpretations, capturing the true meaning and avoiding any omissions or additions.
• Communicate with Clarity and Impact, speak clearly and confidently in both languages, using proper pronunciation, enunciation, and expressions to ensure effective communication in every interaction.

Who Are You?
