Responsabilidades

Your Role:

  • Become a point of contact for some customer inquiries via e-mail/ phone/ live chat, and represent the company in a polite, professional, and courteous manner. 
  • Work in coordination with other teams to achieve assigned objectives, as well as escalate system anomalies and individual issues faced by clients. 
  • Act as a lobby host within provided guidelines; adopt a customer-centric attitude and ensure that our clients’ experience improves with every interaction. 
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.  

Requisitos

Who Are You?

  • Fluent in English, Advanced-Intermediate level, confident in both written and spoken communication.
  • Ready for a Dynamic Environment, Available to work in Miraflores, Lima, in a fast-paced, impactful role.
  • Strong Communication Skills, Excellent interpersonal abilities, building rapport easily in collaborative settings.
  • Empathetic & Solution-Oriented, Focused on finding positive solutions with empathy and respect.
  • Multitasker, Skilled in customer service, troubleshooting, and tech support for seamless customer experiences.
  • Industry Knowledge, Passionate about or knowledgeable in online gambling and/or sports.
