Responsabilidades

Your Role:

  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Provide prompt and personalized assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, requirements, and more with a focus on excellence.
  • Stand Out with Exceptional Service:  Elevate the customer experience through your outstanding soft skills and advanced English proficiency, ensuring every interaction is meaningful and impactful.
  • Achieve Success Every Month: Consistently meet or exceed the monthly KPIs and objectives set by the campaign, contributing to both individual and team success.

Requisitos

Who Are You?

  • A high school graduate (must have a diploma or certificate). 
  • Someone with an Advance English level and excellent communication skills.
  • A person who is polite and empathic at the same time. Someone who can put themselves in somebody else's shoes to understand their feelings or thoughts. 
  • Someone who knows how to solve problems most positively.
