Your Role:

• Respond to all customer inquiries.  
• Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.  
• Work with confidential customer information while treating it sensitively.  
• Conduct a review of the company's client information and background check.
• Document and update records in the required systems.

Ho are you: 

• A high school graduate (must have a diploma or certificate). 
• Someone with an Advance English level and excellent communication skills.
• A person who is polite and empathic at the same time. Someone who can put themselves in somebody else's shoes to understand their feelings or thoughts. 
• Someone who knows how to solve problems most positively. 
• Someone who sees the big picture but also the tiny details. 
• A person with no experience but with a proactive and confident attitude.

• Salary of  S/. 2000 + 15% Performance Bonus + Food Bonus. S/260 + Hiring Bonus /S. 1500.
• Shifts:  7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• Available to work 48 Hours a week from Monday to Sunday whit 1 day off.
