Your Role:

• Facilitate Seamless Communication, handle calls with confidence, acting as a vital intermediary between English-speaking and Dutch-speaking individuals.
• Process Information with Precision, respond quickly and efficiently, recognizing culturally sensitive information to provide the best possible service for users.
• Ensure Clear and Accurate Interpretation, follow established protocols to deliver flawless interpretations, capturing the true meaning and avoiding any omissions or additions.
• Communicate with Clarity and Impact, speak clearly and confidently in both languages, using proper pronunciation, enunciation, and expressions to ensure effective communication in every interaction.

• A Passionate Communicator, you’re a high school graduate with a diploma or certificate.
• Bilingual Expert, you possess an advanced level of Dutch and English.
• Empathetic and Insightful, you have the unique ability to understand and connect with others.
