As a E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to all customer inquiries in a multi-channel manner, providing excellent customer service by being a good listener. You will seek to resolve situations on first contact by being proactive, patient and understanding. You will work with confidential customer information, handling it with sensitivity and maintaining a constant awareness of our client's products, services and promotions.

• You will capture the attention of all customers with a direct and friendly treatment. 
   

• Promoting the customer's company, making their products and services known. 
   

• And treating sensitive data with the utmost care and confidentiality. 

Estos Son Los Requisitos: 

• Has experience in customer service and sales. 
   

• Has an intermediate to advanced Portuguese and English level.
