We're looking for a Customer Expert for the logistics industry. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by scheduling mobility services, ensuring the smooth coordination and accurate handling of each request. You’ll manage sensitive information with professionalism and resolve inquiries efficiently, always staying aligned with client expectations and service standards
