You’re the Player We’re Missing on Our Team! 
As a Multichannel E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels, providing outstanding service and support. You’ll verify orders and check their status to ensure accuracy and efficiency from the very first contact. With a proactive, patient, and empathetic approach, you’ll manage sensitive customer information carefully while staying up to date with our client’s products, services, and promotions. 

Responsabilidades

  • Engagingwith every customer through a warm, direct, and professional approach. 
  • Promotingthe client’s e-commerce platform by highlighting its wide range of fashion products and services. 
  • Handlingsensitive customer data with the highest level of accuracy, confidentiality, and responsibility. 

Requisitos

These Are the Requirements: 
 
Previous experience in customer service and/or sales. 

Intermediate Englishproficiency, withstrong communication skills. 

Strongattention to detail and resourcefulness.
