As a Multichannel E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels, providing outstanding service and support. You’ll verify orders and check their status to ensure accuracy and efficiency from the very first contact. With a proactive, patient, and empathetic approach, you’ll manage sensitive customer information carefully while staying up to date with our client’s products, services, and promotions.
