We’re looking for a Tech Customer Expert. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries about our client’s gaming application, providing exceptional service through attentive listening, and handling sensitive customer information with care. You’ll strive to solve any situation proactively on the first contact, stay knowledgeable about the platform’s products and promotions, and accurately update records in the required systems.
