We’re looking for a Customer Expert. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care across multiple channels by addressing inquiries, resolving needs, and fulfilling requests with a focus on retention. You must maintain a direct and kind relationship with each customer to increase effectiveness and loyalty.

Responsabilidades

Who You Are: 

  • Manage high-volume interactions seamlessly across multiple channels, including inbound phone calls, chat,and email, ensuring a consistent tone and quality of service.
  • Act as the initial and strategic point of contact for users, representing the Acorns brand values in every interaction.
  • Address and resolve questions regarding account status, investments, and technical issues.
  • This requires patience, active listening, and the willingness to spend time paying individual attention to each user.
  •  Proactively analyze and evaluate specific user account setups and review historical interaction data to recommend tailored solutions that best fit the user's financial journey and needs.
  •  Explain technical concepts and product features clearly to a diverse range of audiences, ensuring users understand "how Acorns works" to maximize the benefits of the platform.

  • Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.
