Resumen

We're looking for a Hospitality Customer Expert. You will be responsible for responding to user inquiries and providing service by attentively addressing their questions regarding reservations and services. You will handle sensitive information to resolve any situation on first contact, while staying informed about our client's products and services to identify possible cross-selling opportunities.
